I am Iron Man - Avengers: Endgame

Curator's note

Created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber, Don Heck, and Jack Kirby, first appearing in Tales of Suspense #39 (1963). Tony Stark, a genius engineer who built his first suit of armor to escape captivity, went on to lead the Avengers. This statue captures the climax of Avengers: Endgame, Stark in the nanotech Mark 85 armor snapping the reassembled Infinity Stones to defeat Thanos, a sacrifice that ends his arc. Iron Studios sculpted the piece directly from that final scene.
