Skeletor on Throne Deluxe

Curator's note

Created by Mattel toy designer Mark Taylor, first appearing in the 1981 minicomic He-Man and the Power Sword packaged with the original Masters of the Universe figures. A blue-skinned, skull-faced sorcerer who rules from Snake Mountain, endlessly scheming to pry Castle Grayskull's secrets loose from He-Man. This Deluxe piece enthrones him on his ram-skull seat of power, rendered in Iron Studios' larger-format Art Scale line.
