Diamond Select Marvel Comic Gallery Thanos Statue

Curator's note

Thanos, created by Jim Starlin, first appearing in Invincible Iron Man #55 (1973) alongside Drax the Destroyer, an Eternal-Deviant hybrid from Titan, a moon of Saturn, whose devotion to Death drives his pursuit of universal genocide long before any Infinity Gauntlet entered the story. This piece is Diamond Select Toys' Marvel Gallery PVC diorama, rendering him in his comics look rather than a film version, a lighter-weight alternative to the company's resin Premier Collection line, sold as a GameStop exclusive.
