Peter Parker, created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, first appearing in Amazing Fantasy #15 (1962), a bitten-by-a-radioactive-spider origin now regarded as one of the defining superhero debuts in American comics. Guilt over failing to stop his uncle Ben's killer, despite having the power to, shaped the responsibility that still defines the character. This piece belongs to Iron Studios' Spider-Man vs. Villains diorama line, its base built to connect with the set's rogues' gallery, hand-painted polystone.
